Here's wishing you and yours a blessed and Happy New Year. I'll be back to MIA as far as posting for a while. My younger brother passed away unexpectedly on Christmas morning, the day before his 45th birthday. I was still playing WOW and recently resubbed to EVE. I'll be back to posting eventually.
Take care and keep your loved ones close!
Very sorry to hear of your loss at what is undoubtedly a supremely crappy time for such an awful thing to happen. I hope you manage it the best that you are able.

I have a younger brother around the same age who I am really close with and I can't even begin to imagine the loss you must be feeling right now. Please take care and we will be here for you when you return.

Thank you both it's been rough. We lost our mother unexpectedly 3 years ago too. The "here today" and "gone tomorrow" - no goodbyes is so startling and painful.

My sincere condolences for your loss.
I'd also like to take this opportunity to say that I love reading your blog. Your posts on AA have been the most insightful and interesting I have read, and it's a real shame that Trion's ineptitude has cost them one of their game's more articulate advocates.
I wish you all the best during this difficult time.

Thank you. It's rough stuff. I try to keep my mind busy so I don't dwell on it all day. Thank God for hobbies.
I miss AA but this week I let it go completely. There's no joy in it for me anymore so maintaining the farms just for APEX which have more than quadrupled in price wasn't worth the effort. It's such a shame. Another game like that won't be coming along any time soon.
