Belphagore, the guild member who donated a large house to serve as our guild hall, gave me the deed to his old house. Like what!!??!! I had to purchase an item from the Cash Shop called an Appraisal to facilitate the transaction. Luckily, I had some left. It’s not the house design that I wanted but this beggar certainly won’t try to be a chooser.
YES! I have a house
It’s one of the smallest lot sizes but who the hell cares. I’m also too broke to furnish it but that doesn’t matter either. My plan was to take up carpentry but lacking a house or adequate space to plant trees that idea fell by the wayside.
Two Places to Farm
Having a house provides a second place to farm. There’s not a lot of free space around my house because of two guild owned Archeum trees left behind that are too expensive to just chop down and unfortunately, can’t be relocated either. So at my house I’m doing the smaller items like my chickens, goslings and strawberries.
On my 8x8 farm near my factions capital city, Marinople, I’ll alternate between the apples trees I used to make Gwenoid Apple Pie trade packs and Yewlings that I can harvest for wood. Wood need to progress carpentry is much too expensive to buy which is why I’ll swap between that and apples or perhaps I’ll do two of each. Either way, I’m very happy to have a house and can’t wait until I can make a few humble pieces for my home.
