"Reminder: submitting multiple tickets to Customer Support increases your wait time, it doesn't get you help faster. ^RB"

Maybe you have reached the support ticket event horizon?

It's almost like the teams aren't communicating with each other!!! State of the game says to submit new tickets once they've passed your date. UGH. Just ugh.

You have my sympathies and solidarity. I am on Day 9 of my ticket with exactly 0 replies from Customer Support.

It's really, really bad. I'm kind of stunned at the level of disservice that's going on. I figured there would be a couple days delay, because it's a game launch, but this is ridiculous.

I'm fortunate in that I can log in and play the game, which I do very much love and enjoy. My ticket has to do with gems that I never received. I certainly won't be buying any more, though.
